From 14 November to 16 December 2023, star chef Laurent Eperon will delight guests at the Marmite Chef’s Table with a Christmas menu in the festively decorated Marmite foodlab.
Laurent Eperon is regularly joined by other esteemed Swiss chefs like Meta Hiltebrand and Sebastian Rösch. Guests can witness these renowned chefs in action as they prepare delectable dishes, followed by the opportunity to savor these culinary delights. The Chef’s Table is open for reservations, beginning with a minimum of two guests and accommodating groups ranging from six to a maximum of 12 individuals.
