Genesis Motor Europe supports the prestigious White Turf St. Moritz as the main sponsor for the third consecutive year. During the race weekends, visitors can test both the all-electric Genesis model range and the existing combustion models. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to test drive the top-of-the range G90 model on site.
White Turf is synonymous with elegance and an abundance of horsepower. This world-famous horse race is part of a long-standing tradition in Europe, where jockeys compete on the frozen Lake St. Moritz against the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps. The competition formats over the three weekends include trotting races, flat races, and the impressive Norwegian art of skikjöring.
Visitors can enjoy Genesis hospitality during an exclusive test drive at the entrance to the Event Village. From Friday to Sunday, they will have the opportunity to test drive the electrified G80, GV70, or GV60, as well as the current combustion models and the new top-of-the-range G90 model. Additionally, guests can experience the Genesis Lounge in the Event Village and, for invited guests, the VIP Lounge at the finish line.
In 2024, Genesis is donating a luxury prize for the Prix D’Honneur (Prize of Honor) raffle. The fortunate winner will enjoy a luxurious weekend and have the opportunity to select a Genesis model of their choice for a weekend, complete with an overnight stay at a Genesis partner hotel. Additionally, the winner will receive a unique piece of art titled “The Beauty of White Turf,” created by the renowned Swiss design artist Ginny Litscher. This artwork captures the distinctive ambiance of White Turf, where international equestrian sport has been celebrated at the highest level since 1907.
Lawrence Hamilton, Managing Director of Genesis Motor Europe, stated, «We are delighted to be back in St. Moritz for the third consecutive year. Partnering with such a prestigious European event provides us with an excellent opportunity to showcase our brand. In 2024, we will further enrich this event with luxurious activities and Korean hospitality. With our business growing in Switzerland, and by reinforcing our brand image and featuring our global flagship model G90 on this occasion, we aim to demonstrate our strong commitment to the Swiss market.”
