Manor has launched an exclusive capsule collection in collaboration with the Zurich-based design brand Round Rivers. Limited to 1,050 items, the unisex collection combines sustainability and style.
Round Rivers filters PET bottles from the Swiss river Limmat and processes them into flakes, granules, yarn, textiles and ultimately upcycled swimwear and winter jackets within a production radius of 140 km. Pioneering from raw material sourcing, Round Rivers not only cleans up Swiss waters through its environmentally friendly approach but also collaborates with local partners for all processing steps. This ensures a sustainable and locally integrated production process. Since 2019, the start-up has already fished out over 50,000 PET bottles at the Letten power station. 12,950 of these have now been turned into reversible unisex winter jackets for an exclusive collaboration with Manor.
Capsule Collection
The capsule collection from Manor in collaboration with Round Rivers is limited to 1,050 items, featuring three stylish unisex models for the transitional season and cold winter days. All jackets are reversible, combining two looks and colors in one product, which further strengthens the sustainable approach. The outer material of the jackets is made from upcycled PET bottles fished out of the Limmat, and the insulation material is crafted from conventionally recycled polyester.
The collection are available in 15 Manor department stores and at manor.ch.
